I love being able to talk to a director on the phone and they are looking at what I am looking at. Whenever they have an issue I can pull E-TiCS right up see what they are seeing make any suggestions or corrections and guide them how to fix the problem. I can honestly say that it has made our payroll job a lot easier as far as getting the punches into our payroll system.
